SATORI is a traditional Japanese Zen word meaning to experience a brief moment of enlightenment. We believe that every experience has the capacity to create moments of enlightenment, and we strive to offer you the highest quality of services to meet your needs and obtain your goals.
We are the space to be in Fredericton for all of your wellness needs, whether you are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist, Licensed Physiotherapist, Craniosacral Therapy, or Acupuncture. We also have Fredericton's most extensive schedule of Yoga classes and Pilates classes, and we are the only facility to offer Yamuna Body Rolling. If you are passionate about Yoga or Pilates and would like to consider making it part of your career path, you can apply to take part in any of our unique Pilates & Yoga Teacher Training programs. In June of 2011, we will proudly be offering Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultions to complete our health care package.
